<P><STRONG>【制法】:1.在雞腿肉上直劃一刀,除去腿骨使腿肉分開,平攤在案板上,去雞皮兩麵用刀背輕輕拍幾下,用胡椒粉、精鹽拌和一下兩麵再拍上麵粉。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>雞蛋磕在碗裏,用竹筷攪拌後,均勻地塗抹在雞肉上再拍上麵包屑;</STRONG></P>
