<P><STRONG>【制法】:1.將雞脯翅骨上的肉刮淨,修成扇形,在雞脯上切十字花刀,加料酒、精鹽醃漬3分鐘。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>2.倒入蛋清拌勻,再蘸上饃饃渣,將雞扇入5成熱油鍋炸熟撈出,待油8成熟時,再炸至金黃色撈出瀝油,裝盤,撒上花椒麵即成。</STRONG></P>
