<P><STRONG>【制法】:1.將大蒜(最好是獨蒜)剝皮洗淨,生薑洗淨拍破,鮮蔥紮成小把備用。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>2.將肥鴨宰殺,扯毛,去內臟,洗淨放於鋁鍋之中,摻水以剛淹過鴨子為好。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>置火上燉煮,煮到快開時,撇去泡沫。</STRONG></P>
