<P><STRONG>2.鳳梨加水、糖煮沸、放入白脫,攪拌至白脫熔化,用水澱粉鉤芡。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>3.成型:在鳳梨形底胚上放入鳳梨餡,用酥麵條貼成網路狀格,邊緣捏緊,裝上葉,表麵刷蛋。</STRONG></P>
