<P><STRONG>【制法】:1.用叉子把肉穿五六個洞,淋上調味(a),再用棉繩綁緊。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>2.將肉浸在攪拌均勻的調味(b)裏大半天,期間用筷子上下翻動。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>3.將肉放在微波爐專用的竹籠或網上,不罩微波薄膜,轉1分鐘。</STRONG></P>
