<P><STRONG>【制法】:(1)將雞肫洗淨,除去肫的老皮,洗淨後切成菊花形狀,放盆內,用蔥末、薑末、料酒、胡椒粉、醬油醃制好。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(2)炒鍋放油燒熱,放入醃制好的雞肫炸至斷生撈出,放入盆內,加麻油、味精、蔥末、胡椒粉拌勻即成。</STRONG></P>
