<P><STRONG>【制法】:1.牛肉剁碎,豆豉剁細末,蔥、薑切末,青蒜剖開切段,豆腐切1.5釐米見方的丁塊,用開水泡上。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>2.炒勺注油燒熱,先下牛肉,煽炒去水分後,將豆瓣醬、蔥、薑末和豆豉下勺炒酥,再下入辣椒粉,炒變色時注湯、醬油和料酒,再下入豆腐,用小火燉透入味,再放入味精後,用濕澱粉勾芡,撒上青蒜。</STRONG></P>
