<P><STRONG>【制法】:1.將生蹄筋用水煮爛,而後撈出用涼水沖漂去膠汁,切成兩段。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>2.用炒勺將油燒熱後,先下蔥、薑,再下冬菇、玉蘭片煽炒,而後再下醬油、蹄筋、火腿、鹽、料酒、湯,湯開後撇去浮沫用中火燉至入味時加味精,用濕澱粉勾芡,澆明油少許即成。</STRONG></P>
