<P><BR><STRONG>全球最大影音分享網站YouTube共同創辦人赫爾利(Chad Hurley)今(30)日宣布，將卸下執行長職務，轉任公司顧問，執行長一職由<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=Google">Google</SPAN>副總裁卡曼加 (Salar Kamangar)接任。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>赫爾利今天在YouTube發表聲明說：「過去2年來，我在YouTube逐漸轉任顧問角色，而由卡曼加（Salar Kamangar）負責日常營運。」「期待見證YouTube的下一階段發展。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>赫爾利與陳士駿、卡林姆 (Jawed Karim)當年共同創辦YouTube，谷歌（Google）於<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>6年斥資16.5億美元，買下YouTube。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>在和Google的交易中，赫爾利得到價值3.4億美元的Google股份、陳士駿得到的股份價值3億美元，當時已經離開的卡林姆也拿到價值6600萬美元的Google股票。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>陳士駿在2008年離開YouTube，從事Google的其他業務。而赫爾利日前在會議中表示，根據他與Google的協議，YouTube被收購後，他必須留任18個月，現在已經留任4年。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>目前YouTube有600多員工，網站每天的影音點閱量超過20億次，每周有20多億次的瀏覽帶來收入，但Google不對外公布YouTube的營收情況。</STRONG></P>
