<P><STRONG>巴西一名男子在麥當勞工作12年，體重增加了將近三十公斤，他向麥當勞索賠，法官判決麥當勞應該賠，他可以拿到相當於台幣53萬多元的賠償。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>那名32歲的男子宣稱，他在麥當勞任職期間，為了確保出餐品質，經常得試吃，除此之外，他上班日還可以免費吃一餐，十幾年下來，他身材像吹氣球一樣，現在已經胖得完全變形，他認為麥當勞必須為他身材走樣，健康惡化負責，法官認為他告得有理，麥當勞還可以上訴。</STRONG></P>
