<P><STRONG>手機SIM卡大廠兼數位安全業者Gem<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=alt">alt</SPAN>o昨日控告<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=Google">Google</SPAN>的Android作業系統侵權，且一併控告Android陣營前三大品牌業者宏達電、摩托羅拉與三星。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>對於又因為Android作業系統而被告侵權，宏達電表示，訴訟已進入司法程序，不便多做評論。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>Gemalto昨日在東德州地方法院控告Google的Android侵權，Android陣營的三巨頭宏達電、三星、摩托羅拉，也一併被告。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>宏達電表示，已經接獲美國法院的通知，目前正在了解Gemalto宣稱被宏達電侵犯的專利技術，宏達電向來尊重創新與智慧財產權，不過有鑑於此案已經進入司法程序，宏達電不會表達任何意見。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>這已經不是宏達電第一次因為Android侵權問題而被告，蘋果控告宏達電侵權的20項專利中，最起碼有10項是針對Android作業系統本身而來，Gemalto則是主要針對Android，宏達電、三星與摩托羅拉只是順便被告，也因此國內專利律師表示，若Gemalto能與Google達成和解，宏達電就可從這場侵權官司中脫身，但是，若Google面對這場訴訟選擇不聞不問，宏達電就得直接面對Gemalto的侵權官司。</STRONG></P>
