<P><STRONG>日本內閣26日通過一項追加預算，其中包括618億美元新的緊急振興經濟方案，以支撐遭到通貨緊縮和日圓升值嚴重衝擊的本國經濟。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>這項刺激經濟方案是首相菅直人政府6月上任以來的第二套振興計畫，內容包括就業、福利支出、小型企業、基礎設施以及找尋新的稀土來源。</STRONG></P>
