<P><BR><STRONG>美國廣播公司報導，之前在佛羅里達州當歌手、現年59歲的拉斯汀（Richard Lusting），在「學習如何提高贏得樂透的機會」（Learn How to Increase Your Chances of Winning the Lottery，暫譯）一書中說，許多人花一塊錢買彩券，贏了10塊後就收手，這是錯誤方法。如果你贏得10塊，應該再去買11塊的彩券，「因為就算輸了，你也只輸1塊。」</STRONG></P>
