<P><STRONG>（法新社華盛頓21日電） 美國官員表示，美國今天啟動一項再生能源倡議，以刺激生質燃料生產、創造就業機會、減少氣候變遷帶來的影響，並降低美國對進口石油的依賴。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>農業部長威薩克（Tom Vilsack）告訴全國記者俱樂部（National Press Club），「生質作物補助計畫」（BCAP）是總統歐巴馬「<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>8年糧食、環境保育與能源法案」（Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of2008）的一部分，是支援生質燃料產業的一項「全國性重要計畫」。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>符合條件的多年生作物，將由此計畫負擔高達75%經費，出售給合格生質轉化設施的原料運費，也將由此計畫支付。</STRONG></P>
