<P><STRONG>因為非法進行交易導致法國興業銀行(Societe Generale bank)蒙受巨額虧損的交易員柯維耶(Jerome Kerviel)，5日在巴黎法院被判處5年徒刑，並科罰金37萬5千歐元(約合51萬3千美元；1,602萬新台幣)。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>法庭宣判柯維耶在<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>7年底到2008年年初，違反信託、偽造並使用錯誤文件、以及將錯誤資料輸入電腦，造成興業銀行蒙受鉅額損失等罪名成立。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>至於其中的違反信託部份，判刑就達到4年。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>有「魔鬼交易員」之稱的柯維耶，被控在期貨指數交易中未經授權下單，使興業銀行承受49億歐元(約合67億2千萬美元)的淨虧損，興業銀行已向他求償這項虧損。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>柯維耶的詐欺交易使得歐洲數一數二大銀行的興業銀行幾乎倒閉。</STRONG></P>
