<P><STRONG>菲律賓各地連續豪雨，導致許多地方水災嚴重，造成一人死亡，五名漁夫失蹤，上萬人撤離家園。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>救災官員表示，受災最嚴重的是在南部「民答那峨省」，當地水淹及膝，60多棟房屋建築受損，多數道路都關閉，大片地區斷水斷電，當地的航空運輸也都暫停。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>菲律賓自從去年十二月下旬開始豪雨成災，全國已經有70多人死亡。<BR><BR><BR></STRONG></P>
