<P><STRONG>根據智利政府25日公布的一項調查報告，智利去年2月27日遭到強震侵襲，導致50萬人的生活陷入貧窮，智利的貧窮人口比例升高到19.4%。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>智利的計畫制定部長(Planning Minister)凱斯特(Felipe Kast)表示，這代表有超過<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>萬的智利人民，生活在貧窮水平之下。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>智利去年發生芮氏規模8.8強震，罹難人數超過500人，據估計因地震造成的損失達到300億美元。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>智利政府在去年4到5月進行一項調查，以評估這起強震所造成的社會經濟影響。凱斯特表示，調查發現有50萬智利人因為這場地震而加入貧窮一族。在受災最嚴重地區，估計有17.3%的人口失去他們的家園，失業人口更從<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9年的62萬人增至70萬人。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>不過儘管地震造成嚴重損失，智利央行預測，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2010">2010</SPAN>年的智利經濟成長5.2%，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>1年的經濟可望成長5.5%至6.5%。<BR><BR><BR></STRONG></P>
