<P><STRONG>（法新社聖多明各23日電） 媒體報導，霍亂疫情從海地散播至多明尼加後，多明尼加今天傳出首起死亡病例。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報導引述衛生官員的說法指出，死者佛蘭斯華（Renauld Francois）是希圭市（Higuey）居民，且曾造訪過海地。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>衛生部聲明指出，53歲的佛蘭斯華20日病逝，當局將進行驗屍，釐清真正死因，但他的症狀「與霍亂症狀一致」。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>海地去年爆發霍亂疫情以來，多明尼加已傳出152起病例。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>在海地，官員表示，去年10月中旬至今年1月16日，共傳出19萬<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=400">400</SPAN>0起感染病例，其中有3889人喪生。</STRONG></P>
