<P><STRONG>（法新社紐約19日電） 電腦晶片製造商英特爾公司（Intel Corp.）今天表示，英特爾將以76.8億美元收購英國McAfee防毒軟體公司。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>英特爾在聲明中表示，該公司簽訂最終協議，將以每股48美元價格，以現金買入McAfee所有普通股。</STRONG></P>
