<P><STRONG>台灣高等法院判決，司機應賠償騎士新台幣<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=120">120</SPAN>8萬多元。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>判決書指出，郭姓司機在去年7月間駕計程車載女性乘客行經新北市土城區時，未將車輛停靠路邊，就讓女性乘客貿然開車門下車，導致後方許姓機車騎士閃避不及，車禍受傷致四肢癱瘓。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>許姓機車騎士向司機求償醫療費、精神撫慰金等共3062萬多元，司機反駁指出，機車騎士閃避不及，對於車禍事件也應負責。</STRONG></P>
