<P><STRONG>預備位置為右足在前〈crois&eacute;〉位置，經半蹲〈demi-pli&eacute;〉左足輕躍離地，同時置於右足頸後〈surlecou-de-piedderri&egrave;re〉，以右足半蹲〈demi-pli&eacute;〉落地，而左足緊接著往交叉式方向做前移追步〈chass&eacute;pass&eacute;crois&eacute;enavant〉。</STRONG></P>
