<P><STRONG>中國醫藥大學附設醫院急症暨外傷中心毒物科主任洪東榮指出，硝酸鈉的氧化能力差、溶解能力差，不易引起中毒反應，但它仍具有酸的腐蝕性，令人擔心的是，在加熱過程中，會揮發出氮氧化物，人體吸入後會造成肺泡的傷害，以及支氣管損傷，煮菜時加入硝酸鈉，應是對煮菜的人傷害較大。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>至於塑膠袋泡水後所含的一些溶劑成分，會釋出造成環境荷爾蒙作用的毒性物質，使水中的小生物出現雌雄不分、雌雄同體等情形，也會造成不孕。 （記者徐夏蓮）</STRONG></P>
