<P><STRONG>（中央社台北18日電）大陸國家統計局今天公布<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2011">2011</SPAN>年12月份的房價調查顯示，與<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>1年11月份相比，70個大中城市中有52個城市新成屋價格下降，51個城市中古屋價格下降。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>大陸國家統計局官網今天公布「2011年12月份70個大中城市住宅銷售價格變動情?」顯示，在新建商品房價格方面，與2011年11月相比，70個大中城市中，價格下降的城市有52個，增加了3個，價格持平的城市則有16個；價格上漲的城市有2個，漲幅平均為0.1%。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>與<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2010">2010</SPAN>年12月相比，大陸70個大中城市中，新建商品房價格下降的城市有9個，漲幅趨緩的城市有55個。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>在中古屋價格方面，與2011年11月相比，70個大中城市中，價格下降的城市有51個，持平的城市有16個，價格下降和持平的城市增加了4個。</STRONG></P>
