<P><STRONG>（路透華盛頓21日電）國際貨幣基金（IMF）會員國今天勾銷海地積欠該基金的2億6800萬美元債務，並通過6000萬美元新貸款，以充裕這個震災國家的國際準備。</STRONG></P>
