<P><STRONG>（法新社雪梨10日電） 澳洲隱私權主管機關表示，谷歌（<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=Google">Google</SPAN>）街景車蒐集個人無線資料違反該國法律，但將躲過懲處。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>隱私權主管官員柯蒂斯（Karen Curtis）指出，根據澳洲隱私法，她無法對谷歌實施制裁，但發現街景車違法後，已勒令谷歌道歉。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>柯蒂斯表示，谷歌同意公開道歉，保證未來街景車任何活動都通過隱私權影響評估，並定期向她諮詢其他一切重大計畫。</STRONG></P>
