<P><STRONG>（中央社記者王曼娜香港7日電）香港廉政公署今天表示，去年接獲3450宗貪污舉報，較<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>8年上升2%，其中涉及警方的貪污舉報上升13%。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>廉署向立法會提交的年報指出，2009年接獲的3450宗貪污舉報中，可追查個案為2530宗，比2008年減少3%，占整體舉報個案73%。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>去年涉及公營機構的貪污舉報<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=126">126</SPAN>7宗，上升7%。當中<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=302">302</SPAN>宗涉及警員，上升13%；而涉及私營機構的貪污舉報2183宗，其中924宗與樓宇管理有關，占涉及私營機構貪污個案42%。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>此外，去年涉及選舉的投訴有221宗，其中16宗涉及賄選，其餘主要涉及舞弊等行為。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>去年共有342人被廉署檢控，其中21人是政府人員，包括5名警員。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>廉署表示，已加強反貪宣傳及教育工作，提升市民對貪污的警覺。</STRONG></P>
