<P><STRONG>jetMailMonitor是一款郵件通知軟體，可透過POP的方式連上Email伺服器檢查指定帳戶是否有收到新郵件，如果有的話則自動在桌面右下角顯示新郵件通知，並可跳出視窗提示我們。 </STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>jetMailMonitor可以設定多達50個郵件信箱，如果你有多個不同信箱的郵件需要即時知道是否有收到新郵件，可以一一設定好POP3位址與帳號密碼，讓jetMailMonitor來幫我們即時監控、通知。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>此外jetMailMonitor亦可支援郵件預覽功能，透過HTML的形式預覽郵件標題與部分內文，如果發現是SPAM垃圾郵件的話也可以即時刪除。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>使用方法：<BR><BR>第1步 將jetMailMonitor軟體下載回來並安裝好、啟動之後，桌面右下角會多出一個jetMailMonitor圖示，請在圖示上按右鍵再點「Configurations for E-mail...」，準備設定自動檢查的郵件帳戶。 </STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>第2步 開啟設定視窗後，在「Accounts」頁面中按兩下空白的帳戶，開啟「Edit Account」視窗後，勾選「Enable This Account」然後再依照公司或學校給你的電子郵件登入資訊填好Email帳號、密碼與POP收信伺服器位址。 </STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>jetMailMonitor可同時監控最多50個不同的郵件帳號，如果你還有其他email要自動檢查是否有新信，可以再按兩下空白帳戶，繼續設定。 </STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>第3步 設定好帳號後，切換到「Check」頁面，我們可以在「Check by Interval」欄位中設定每隔幾分鐘或幾秒鐘自動檢查一次是否有新郵件。 </STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>第5步 新郵件通知訊息視窗中，還有個按鈕可以讓我們快速開啟常用的郵件收發軟體，如果你想自行設定要開啟哪個慣用的郵件收發軟體，可以在「Client」分頁中自行設定。 </STRONG></P>
