<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>外傳街友可能會領不到消費券，內政部表示，如果國民身分證遺失或損毀，可儘速向戶政事務所申請補領，如果因為欠缺車資無法返鄉領取消費券，可以向各縣市政府社會處提出申請。</FONT></STRONG></P>
