<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>（法新社首爾3日電） 南韓官員表示，擅長科技的南韓將於<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>3年前建構全國性超級寬頻設施，未來下載一部影片僅需1秒或2秒鐘。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>南韓通信委員會（Korea CommunicationsCommission，簡稱KCC）已公佈這項計畫，需要南韓政府斥資1兆<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>0億韓元（約9億<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=350">350</SPAN>0萬美元）以及民間投資32兆8000億韓元。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>南韓官方機構「國家資訊社會局」（NationalInformation Society Agency）的羅承煜（譯音，RhaSung-Uk）說：「南韓將是全球首個興建這種全國性商用網路的國家。」</FONT></STRONG></P>
