<P><FONT color=blue size=4><STRONG>曾經在網路上看到過這麼一則故事：</STRONG></FONT></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>有個老年人在公路旁邊開了一家小吃店，當時正逢經濟不景氣的年頭。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>這位老人家眼力不十分好，耳朵又近乎半聾。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>因為眼力不好，所以不能讀書看報；因為耳朵重聽，也難得與別人聊天。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>這樣一來他對外界的資訊都不甚瞭解，也不知道外面經濟不景氣有多嚴重，依舊賣力的經營小吃店。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>他把小吃店內整理得乾乾淨淨，門面粉刷得漂漂亮亮，在路邊豎起宣傳看板，加上他的材料實在，口味鮮美，價格公道，常常吸引很多過路旅客停下來休息用餐。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>老人家勤奮工作，夢想就是賺了錢可以供兒子念大學。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>幾年之後，兒子也不負期望，進入大學攻讀經濟系，畢業後又去美國深造。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>所以對全世界的經濟情況瞭若指掌。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>一年耶誕節，兒子從美國回來度假，看到小吃店的生意仍然紅紅火火，就對爸爸說："這家店的情況有點不太對勁，你不應該有那麼好的生意才對啊！</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>仿佛完全不受外面經濟不景氣影響似的。</FONT></STRONG><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>"</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>接著把經濟蕭條的前因後果費力的解說了一遍，並且強調現在大家都如何如何的節衣縮食，拼命在不景氣的海嘯中掙扎求生。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>這時候老人的腦海中第一次出現危機的負面思想，他開始對自己說："既然如此，我今年最好也不要再花錢粉刷門面了，外面鬧恐慌，我還是省一點錢比較好。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>三明治裏的肉餅應該縮小一點；既然人人都沒錢出來吃飯，我又何必在路邊豎宣傳看版呢？"</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>就這樣他把一切積極的作為都停下來了，結果生意真的一落千丈。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>當他的兒子第二年復活節假期又回到家時，老人對兒子說："孩子，我要謝謝你告訴我有關外面經濟不景氣的消息，那是千真萬確的事，連我的小店也感受到了。兒啊！受大學教育真是太有用了！"</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>這個故事荒謬的結論是"現在的經濟危機都是被專家害的，所謂專家就是專門害人家！"</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>最近美國出版界有一則大新聞，那就是全球第二大富豪華倫巴菲特的授權傳記以美元2億的權利金售出，英文版並且即將在年底出版問世。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>我在台灣的一本雜誌上先睹為快，讀到一小段精彩書摘，其中當然不乏一個鄉下窮小子白</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>手起家，累積財富的故事，但真正讓我震撼的卻是他綜合六十年經商投資經驗所提煉出來的名言："當別人貪婪的時候我變得恐懼；當別人恐懼的時候我變得貪婪！"</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>從去年年底開始，全球被一場超級的金融海嘯席捲，其災情之慘重，受影響的人數之廣，已經不需要我在本文中強調。從經濟角度，很多人把海嘯的源頭怪罪于美國次級房貸；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>從社會角度，我認為罪魁禍首應該是缺少財富的智慧。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>第一隻蝴蝶是 "<FONT color=red>貪念</FONT>"。 </FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>發生在企業身上，貪念讓雷曼兄弟等投資銀行明明手上只有1塊錢，卻漫天擴張成了50塊錢的生意，結果是煞車不及，害人害己；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>發生在個體身上，貪念讓子女拿了爹娘的退休金來炒股票，讓人辭掉工作每天泡在證券公司，結果是一場遊戲一場夢，夢醒了，生活也攪得一團亂。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>在佛教的"雜阿含經"和"心地觀經"中都提到，智者居家應該要"恭儉節用"，財產分為四分，一份作為日常家用；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>一份儲備起來；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>一份幫助親戚朋友；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>一份佈施培德。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>如果懶惰怠懈，賭博嬉戲，喝酒放逸，飲食無度，邪淫浪蕩，再多的錢財都會耗用殆盡。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>第二隻蝴蝶是 "<FONT color=red>虛實不分</FONT>"。 </FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>國家財政，企業經營，個人理財，固然都少不了依賴數位，</FONT></STRONG><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>但這一波金融海嘯可以說是"成也數位，敗也數位"。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>經濟好的時候，股價指數；房市漲幅；貿易順差；外匯存底……，全部都是往上?</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>充滿一片樂觀歡慶氣氛，沒有人敢預警，就算有了預警也沒人聽。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>經濟不好的時候，一連串數字又都是往下走的，不知伊于胡底。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>信心崩盤，連政府出面搶救紓困也抵擋不了兵敗如山倒。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>勤勞的態度；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>工作的熱誠；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>堅強的毅力；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>善良的心地；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>和諧的人際關係等等。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>回想本文一開始所說的故事，虛實的道理就很明白了。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>所謂財富的智慧，除了認識金錢財富，還要認識無形的財富。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>話說一位平凡的農夫，經常告訴別人，說自己是全國最富有的人。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>稅捐處聽到了，就跑來查稅，首先問他是不是認為自己非常富有，農夫回答得很肯定。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>接著稅務人員開始清點他的財產，發現並不如他所說，追問他到底財富藏在哪里呢？</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>農夫回答："首先我住的地方山青水秀，鳥語花香；其次我的家人都很平安健康，更重要的是每年收成的時候我都很感恩上蒼，你說我怎麼不是最富有的人呢？"</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>星雲大師在一次演講中提到，世間上沒有窮人，貧富只是從比較而來。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4></FONT></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>例如，有時間的人用時間去幫助別人，就是時間的富者；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>有力氣的人，用力氣服務他人，就是力氣的富者；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>用語言微笑歡喜待人，就是內心充實的富者。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT color=blue size=4>這無價的財富不但一時受用，終身都能受用；不但一人受用，大眾也可以受用。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>世間事就象潮水一樣，起落有時，榮枯興衰本是自然的迴圈，經濟發展也有週期性，把時間拉長來看，經濟衰退這不是第一次，也不會是最後一次。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>我們在憂慮苦惱之餘，更應該沉潛下來，學習財富的智慧，積蓄再一次出發的力量。</FONT></STRONG></P>
