<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>陝西饅頭業者透露，有一些業者，為了提高饅頭的外觀、筋度，加了點農藥，增加饅頭的鮮味及口感。 </FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>西安賣了多年的一位饅頭業者，如今改行賣麵條，表示過去有人嫌他饅頭不夠白，後來有同業教他，可以在麵粉裡添加漂白粉等，最省錢的辦法就是在饅頭蒸好後，在下方放入點燃的硫磺。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>只要乒乓球大一塊，就能熏2、3千個饅頭。 </FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>他說，還看見一個同行的店裡，拿了敵敵畏瓶子，用筷子蘸了2、3點放在了麵裡。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>當時嚇得他站了起來，喊是不是搞錯啦，怎麼把毒藥放到麵裡。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>沒想到那位店主嘲笑他不懂行，稱放入敵敵畏是為了增加饅頭的鮮味，2、3滴對人體沒有危害。 </FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>饅頭加工業者說，蒸饅頭的麵粉裡添加的還有增筋劑。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>增大劑加入麵粉後，饅頭最大可以增大一倍，最少也可以增大二分之一，一些嚼不動的饅頭，就是增筋劑添加過量。</FONT></STRONG></P>
