<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>傳統重男輕女的社會價值觀，對現代人仍是根深柢固，由於人工生殖法嚴禁性別篩選，因此民間生男秘方廣為流傳，但依據醫師說法，並無任何一種秘方「包生男」，即使試管嬰兒生男機率大，也不保證百分百生男。 </FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>坊間「包生男」說法，包括：月圓之夜行房，容易懷男生，月缺之夜行房，則易懷女孩；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>男性Ｙ精蟲活動力強，但壽命短，想生男生應於排卵日行房，想生女孩則須在排卵前二到三天行房；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>或是Ｙ精子在酸性環境不易存活，控制陰道酸鹼度，有助於掌控孩子的性別。</FONT></STRONG></P>
