<P><FONT size=4><STRONG>因次級房貸投資失利瀕臨倒閉，而接受政府高達1800億美元紓困的保險公司美國國際集團（American International Group Inc, AIG），目前考慮出售位於曼哈頓市中心的總部大樓。</STRONG></FONT></P><STRONG><FONT size=4>
<P><BR>公司發言人赫爾（Mark Herr）在一份聲明中表示：「AIG正在評估出售松木街70號（70 Pine Street）總部大樓和華爾街72號（72 Wall Street）大樓的可能性。這是AIG瘦身策略和極大限度的提高營運效率的一部份。」</P>
