<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>印度政府今天稍早時宣佈，印度今年2 月份出口為<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=119">119</SPAN>億<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=100">100</SPAN>0萬美元，比一年前同期的152億<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>0萬美元，大幅下滑了21.7%， 是近10年來下滑幅度最大的一次，也是連續第五個月出口嚴重衰退。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>由於海外市場需求不振，印度出口自去年10月以來即呈連續衰退，迫使商務部在今年稍早將2008-2009年的出口目標，從2000億美元下調到1750億美元。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>但穆迪公司網頁（Moody's.com） 經濟學家陳穎嘉（Sherman Chan）今天發表報告表示，只要經濟巨人如美國和歐洲市場持續深陷在不景氣之中，印度出口業者的難關就會持續一段時間。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>報告指出，當前全球的經濟環境或許是近10年來最嚴峻的時候，無論工商產業和消費者都被迫削減支出，導致國際貿易在最近幾個月大幅衰退。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>陳穎嘉又說，印度政府在今後幾個月，仍將會繼續面臨必須支撐出口產業的壓力。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>有關印度今後的經濟情勢預測，最近包括世界銀行（World Bank）、亞洲開發銀行（Asian DevelopmentBank）與經濟合作暨發展組織（Organization forEconomic Cooperation and Development，簡稱OECD）等國際組織，都預測印度2009-<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2010">2010</SPAN> 新年度的經濟成長率在4%到5%之間，也是近七年成長幅度最低的一次。</FONT></STRONG></P>
