<P><FONT size=4><STRONG>歐洲聯盟執行委員會（European commission）主席巴洛索今天說，拯救及整頓全球經濟是一個過程，他不期待4月2日舉行的20國集團（G20）高峰會出現奇蹟方案。 </STRONG></FONT></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>巴洛索（Jose Manuel Barroso）是出席倫敦G20高峰會的領袖代表之一。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>他主張，這次高峰會應專注在五大領域，分別是：透過財政振興方案推動經濟復甦；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>對金融市場進行更嚴格的規範管理；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>加強多邊組織諸如國際貨幣基金（<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=IMF">IMF</SPAN>）改進全球經濟管理。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>另外，還有打擊保護主義，並帶動全球貿易；</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>巴洛索告訴記者，「我們不期待4月2日會出現奇蹟方案」，「這將很可能會是個過程」。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>他並說，如果今年再安排G20領袖召開另一項高峰會將會「很有用」。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>巴洛索進一步指出，在密集準備G20高峰會過程中，事實上已取得進展。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>過去3個月，國際社會在打擊逃稅所達成的共識，比過去3年更多，同一時間，共同打擊避稅天堂的決心也比過去30年來的更堅定。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG><FONT size=4>他盛讚歐巴馬新政府較過去的舊政府，與歐洲關係更密切，美國在管理規範及監督工作上，也較過去更開放。</FONT></STRONG></P>
