<P><STRONG>新竹一家洗腎診裡的陳姓護士，去年3月操作血液離心機，過程中轉盤突然破裂飛出，碎片擊中護士臉部，造成她眼球破裂，視網膜剝離，右眼視力近乎失明，她向診所求償700萬，但醫師只願意賠償<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>萬，雙方無法達成和解，護士因此提出控告，經過地檢署偵辦，俞姓醫師被依過失傷害罪嫌起訴。 </STRONG></P>
