<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>黑龍江新聞網訊 22日10時30分，在我省青河林業局上空出現一種奇特的現象，太陽周圍有一個大光圈，而周圍一個條狀雲朵則呈現出類似彩虹的彩帶，這一現象斷斷續續地持續了30分鐘。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>記者從省氣象臺瞭解到，這種現象稱為“日暈”，天要下雨時，往往會在高空6千米左右出現象鳥類羽毛般的捲層雲。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>由於氣溫低，雲中的水滴變成六棱柱狀的小冰晶。</FONT></STRONG></P>
