<P><STRONG>一艘萬里籍漁船新福大號日前在基隆彭佳嶼海域作業準備返航時，不知何故突然翻覆，基隆海巡隊獲報後出動艦艇前往救援卻只發現載浮載沉的船隻，船上七人則都已失蹤，目前海巡等單位正在全力搜救中。</STRONG></P>
