<P> </P>雄黃（五錢） 巴豆仁（五錢，不去油） 朱砂（三分） 五靈脂（三錢） 銀朱（一錢五分） 蓖麻 上各研細，于端午日淨室中，午時共研，加油胭脂為膏，磁盒收藏。
<P> </P>勿經婦人之手。
<P> </P>臨用豆 此藥治男婦老幼新久諸症，生死難定之間。
<P> </P>芡實大一餅，貼印堂之中，點官香一枝，香盡去。
<P> </P>如貼藥處一時後不腫不紅，皮肉照舊不變，謂之白雲漫野，病雖輕淺，終歸冥路。
<P> </P>小兒急慢驚風，一切老幼痢疾，俱可貼之。
<P> </P>凡病用之，皆可預知生死也。
