<P>玄參 苦參各四兩 黃柏三兩 荊芥二錢五分 鬱金二錢 防己三錢 川烏 草烏各四錢 大黃 生薑各三錢 香油三斤 將群藥入油內浸三日，鐵鍋熬，入鱉甲一個，以驗火色。 </P>
<P> </P>以鱉甲黑枯為度，濾去渣，下黃丹一斤半，以水飛過炒乾，文武火煮，滴水成珠，下乳香、沒藥各三錢，麝香一分，攪勻，將瓷磁瓶盛之，埋土內一七，去火氣攤貼。
