<P><BR><STRONG>白宮發言人吉布茲（Robert Gibbs）說：「對於我國經濟面臨的持續失業問題，他顯然深感失望。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>他又說：「總統仍很擔憂我們會月復一月持續喪失工作機會。」</STRONG></P>
