<P><STRONG>(路透東京2日電)日本厚生省官員今天說，日本已證實發現首例H1N1新型流感基因突變病毒，這種病毒具有主要藥物克流感(Tamiflu)抗藥性。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>但官員們說，這種突變病毒似乎並沒有散播，也未立即威脅社會大眾。</STRONG></P>
