<P><STRONG>7年前喧騰一時的高雄阿蓮新超峰寺老住持性侵3個小沙彌的案件，歷經7年纏訟，最高法院以查無性侵實證及欠缺有力證人，判老住持釋學能無罪定讞，判決出爐，老住持得知後數度流淚，感謝法律還他清白，不但不打算反告小沙彌誣告，事後還資助其中一人上大學。</STRONG></P>
